API, for purposes of its Environmental, Health and Safety Benchmarking Survey and the “Climate Greenhouse Gas Estimation and Reporting Challenge,” will aggregate the GHG data received from participating companies to provide an industry-wide snapshot of emissions levels for reporting entities based in the United States. To this end, Battelle developed, on behalf of API, a SANGEATM API Aggregation Tool that enables companies to aggregate individual Reporting Entity emissions and report Total Company U.S.-based GHG emissions to API using the specific API industry sector definitions and reporting template. This API Aggregation Tool with built-in User Guide is now available and can be downloaded free of charge from this SANGEA website.
